DELIVERY TIME, METHODS & COSTS

GOREWEAR offers Standard delivery and Express delivery.

DELIVERY RULES & RESTRICTIONS:

Both Standard and Express delivery orders placed before 11.00 am, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery times to your country are shown in the below table.

Orders placed on Friday before 11:00 am will be delivered starting from the next business day. For example, if you place your order on Friday at 11:00 am your order will be dispatched from our warehouse on Monday. If you place your order at 10:30 am your order will be dispatched on Friday afternoon.

Orders are shipped on business days only.

Our Standard delivery carrier is DHL for Germany only or UPS.

Our Express delivery carrier is UPS.

Delivery to packing stations is only possible in Germany.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not possible.

Standard and Express deliveries will be made normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.

TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes and duties are already included in the product cost.

PLEASE NOTE

Refund for shipping fees on returned orders are excluded for both Standard and Express.

It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties

Order delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and customs clearance.

During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.

DELIVERY TIME:

Below table shows the best estimate of how many business days your package will take to arrive at your door. These estimates include transit time with the carrier as well as order processing time. Please take into account that weekend and public holidays must be added to this delivery times.
