HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT? – GOREWEAR EU

Use our returns platform to return your items and receive your refund:

You will need your Order Number and the Email Address you used when placing the original order.
Go to our returns platform to start the return process (select your country in the below list)
The platform guides you through the process of choosing the product(s) you wish to return and adding the details of why you are returning them.
Once you have specified the product(s) to be returned you will be sent a confirmation email and a link to download a shipping label and packing slip. The carrier will depend on your location.
Either print the shipping label and packing slip, or if you are unable to print, bring the email to your carrier (DHL or UPS) for assistance.
Pack up your return placing the item(s) AND the packing slip inside the package and affix the shipping label to the outside.
For non-EU countries (UK, CH, NO): In order to comply with customs regulations, print out three copies of the returns proforma invoice. Please affix all three invoices to the outside of package using the plastic pouch provided. If these are not attached to the outside of the package it will be returned to you and the refund will not be completed.
Drop off your package at a carrier location near you. Once it ships you’ll receive another email with a link to track its progress.
You will get another email when we receive the package after which we will check the products and, if everything is in order, you will receive your refund a few days later.
