Gore’s policy is to address any complaints about GOREWEAR products as quickly as possible, to ensure you remain satisfied with our products and services.
For purchases through retail outlets, submit your complaint to the retail outlet where you purchased the product. Please, wash the garment and take it to the retailer, with your receipt, to enable the retailer to process your complaint. Claims through retail outlets follow your statutory rights as a consumer.
For purchases through Gorewear.com you are eligible to a Limited Warranty offered by Gore. Gore warrants that at the time of delivery products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and shall conform to Gore’s product specifications. Any possible claims for defects must be received by Gore within 24 months from the invoice date of the product on which the claim is based. No claim will be considered without the purchase invoice or receipt. Gore’s obligation hereunder is limited to the replacement, repair (if possible) or credit to you for defective products returned to Gore. Please contact our customer care team to initiate the warranty claim.
- The warranty period on warranty cases such as open seams, faulty zippers, renew velcro, renew drawstings (etc.) is 24 months, from the invoice date.
- With your purchase of a new GORE-TEX product advertised with the "GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY" promise, you are eligible to a limited guarantee offered by W. L. Gore & Associates, at no additional costs. If you are not satisfied with the waterproofness, windproofness or breathability of your GORE-TEX product we will repair it, replace it or refund your purchase price.
